2. Digital Products (E-books):

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all e-book sales are final. Once a digital book has been purchased and made available for download, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Physical Books:

  • All sales of physical books are also final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical books, except in the specific case of receiving a damaged product due to our error.

4. Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a damaged physical book or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact our customer service team within the same day of receiving your order.
    • We will require photographic evidence of the damage or error.
    • If the error is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the same item. We will not issue refunds.
  • Technical Issues with Digital Products:
    • If you experience an unresolvable technical issue that completely prevents you from accessing a purchased e-book, please contact our customer support. We will try to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may provide a replacement digital book, but not a monetary refund.
