අංක 2192/36 දරණ 2020 සැප්තැම්බර් 10 දාතම සඳහන් ඉඩම් කොමසාරිස් ජනරාල්වරයාගේ අති විශේෂ ගැසට් නිවේදනයෙන් බලාපොරොත්තු වූයේ රජයේ ඉඩම් පැහැරගත් මංකොල්ලකරුවන්ට මංකොල්ලකෑ ඉඩම් අයිතිකරගැනීමට අවස්ථාව ලබාදීමටයි. කෙසේ වෙතත්, තවත් ගැසට් නිවේදනයක් මගින් ඉහත දක්වන ලද ගැසට් නිවේදනය අවලංගු කිරීමට දැන් රජය ක්‍රියා කර තිබේ. අංක 2194/28 හා 2020 සැප්තැම්බර් 22 දිනය දරණ එම ගැසට් නිවේදනය පහත දැක්වේ.
